Bodmin Town Band - 1st Section Band in the Heart of Cornwall

On Saturday 13th January 2018 we celebrated our annual band dinner.

After enjoying a delicious meal at Bodmin Jail we danced the night away at our very own Bodmin Band and Social Club.

This years awards went to:

– Player of the Year chosen by our Musical Director John Maines was awarded to Matt Opie

– Players player voted by the BTB members went to Katie Wenmouth

– Most Improved player went to the second and third cornets.

– Best Section was given to the Basses.

– Boscar award was awarded to Jasmin Quick and Kevin Moore for their post contest performance at Cheltenham.
